  What makes members unhappy?

  In organizations with voting memberships, such as homeowners associations, political conventions, and clubs, members have certain rights. All too often, a lack of preparation on the part of meeting organizers leads to a practical inability of members to exercise those rights. When a member requests something that the organizers did not expect, a confused paralysis ensues.
